Game is glitching and not allowing us to play

We pre-loaded our game yesterday, but when we access it today, it is glitching and not allowing us to play. It looks like there is a blank screen with lines in it. We can see some of the screen, but ...

I have the same problem but I can't find the requirements that you are asking for can you send a link to find that stuff?

    Start -> type: DXDiag -> Save Information -> Post it here; we'll sort through the mess and figure out what it is 🙂
