Game is glitching and not allowing us to play

The above reply is still a valid comment, as is Wootcandy's requestion for a DxDiag. The most important part of any PC you expect to run games on is the 3D gaming quality GPU, made by either ATI or nVIDIA. Intel has never made any real 3D GPUs. Without a real one, you can forget this game.
So I'd have to get a different computer to play it without the problems?

Middle of the road GPU is probably what you'd want. If you got something high end it would probably be bottlenecked by the CPU and thus not give you what you paid for. This also depends on the game. AMD Mantle (only a handful of games suport but Frostbyte engines are ones that do) shines like a bright star when coupled with a weaker CPU.
*edit* I looked up Inspiron 660s .... it's a small case.. that means you'd need a "half height" or "Low Profile" GPU... .. but it's a niche market for gaming grade... very niche... you also pay extra for the size... Most half height GPUs are very weak (meant for Office use), but there is a tiny niche market for middle-end ones.
