game simply won't start

hi, i activated garden warfare 2 on origin and procedded to download and install it, but i couldn't start the game. whenever i try to launch the game for some momets appears in my process list the names activation ui and plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 but after that those two process simply terminate without opening error tabs. i also tried the repair feature of origin but with no avail and tried reinstalling the game. i also tried to fiddle with the installation folder by running repair  in vcredist in the folder plants vs zombies garden warfare 2\_installer\vc\vc2012update3 with no avail. i also updated my graphic card drivers to the last verion and start wih a clean boot but still i had no results. is there a way to fix these problems?

    That last sentence you added in closing is the tipoff.  During the install, some critical parts have been omitted, which make the launcher assume that the install is still in process.  The only way that I know of to sort that kind of thing out is uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. 

    FYI, your DxDiag now reflects the up to date drivers.  Never trust Microsoft's driver libraries to be up to date.  I did notice that your CPU is slower than required, but that just means the game should run slowly, not fail to run at all:

    You used the wrong site to obtain video drivers.  What you have now are close to a year old, and that won't cut it.

    hi, this time instead of using windows 10 device managment for the upadate i downloaded the drivers from the geforce site and updated my graphic card, but still i can't launch the game.

    one other thing, although the game is already installed, if i click on the icon of garden warfer 2 in the my games window on origin there is the message "play this game while downloading", could this be related to the issue?

    hi, i uninstalled the game but the "play while downloading" was still present, than i uninstalled and reinstalled origin and still in the garden warfare tab is written "play this game while doownloading"
