Game transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox One should be possible

Please let us transfer our progress. I know 4 friends who don't want to play anymore because of this. I'm would bet that the number of players it alienates is more than the people who don't care about...

I prefer having two separate progression, learned to play on one and now I'm beast at low levels on the other.
