Game will not load gives message reload game

    @IamTHEDEATHPIGGY 

    Did you install any new programs in the last few days or make any changes to your PC at all just prior to this happening?

    Check to see if you can upgrade to the latest build of Windows 10. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates. Sometimes, pending updates in the background can cause weird installation or launch issues.

I have finally got to reload the game and followed the linked directions and they did not work.

I am still having the same issue, I replaced my modem this morning since it was getting slow, took 32 hours to reload PvZGW2.

I placed the msconfig settings for the start up back to normal startup.

In services besides the MS, are my Nvidia, adobe, web browser, steam, and Origin clients

If you need more info let me know and I can get it.

    Blueberry thank you also for the response.

    I have not installed any new programs, however I have had some issues with the last NVIDIA updates and had to remove one of my video cards as it would not run Direct X and work properly so I am only running one video card an EVGA GTX 950. I have had this as an issue for a couple of weeks and just removed the card.

    My current OS is Win 7 pro.

    MB is an EVGA X58 with an i7

    My internet speed is 15mbs

    I also have PvZ and PvZ GW1 and they run fine, GW2 ran fine until last Thursday and then it started with the reload game message.

      I updated the drivers and reinstalled the game, It took much less time since the new modem and did not fix the issue. I will try to so a system restore from a point two weeks ago and see how that goes.

        Well the system restore seems to have done it, I am still waiting for the last bit to load of the game. I just played some Nexus game when i tryed to load the game since it says playable. collected the mushrooms and listened to the brain music,

        I hope that this may help  someone else who has trouble with their game load. do a system restore and reload the game.

        Thank you again guys for your input and it helped to solve the problem, even though I have no idea what caused the issue. if all else fails do a system restore.
