Do other games you have on Disk work as well?
Can you try doing a Factory Reset on your Xbox, without removing any of the games?
You can also try doing a Power Cycle by unplugging the Power Brick for a couple minutes, and plugging it back in.
Once that's done, try loading the game again and see if it works.

We have tried a power cycle and yes other discs load and work fine. It's just this one game that's just suddenly stopped.
Did you try the Factory Reset as well?
Just tried it and no, it's exactly the same 😔 the only good thing is that the network speed has improved alot 😂😂

Do you happen to have another friend or family member that might have the game, so you can try a different disk to see if it works?
I'm surprised none of this troubleshooting has worked, but other games work fine.
Also, can I ask where you bought the game from? Have you tried getting a replacement disk?
