It does happen every time I load the game and the solution sadly didn’t work.

I’m running out of ideas, so I will attach more threads that will help with a possible solution, which may sort this problem out. I suggest to everyone that has this issue to post it here on the forums here and action may be taken on this issue.

My other suggestion: reset specific phone settings that you are willing to reset. It could make a difference.
I would have suggested a different device, that most likely could have worked, but if you do not have access to a different one, then I suppose that is not an option.

I do appreciate all of the help, though none of it worked. I guess my only real course of “action” so to speak is to just hope the game gets updated.
- TheSprinter856 years agoHero@m3aga1n I am not going to give up just yet, so I will give you a couple more ideas. I would have said contact EA Help, however you stated you already have. Which is fine.
For a start, try looking at this forum page for general help with technical issues, I skimmed through it but it may be able to assist you: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Plants-vs-Zombies-Heroes/Plants-vs-Zombies-Heroes-technical-help/td-p/5696201.
If that does not help, you could try deleting your app from the storage section of your device (you can see how to do it here: https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.businessinsider.com/how-to-delete-app-data-on-iphone%3famp) and then, sign out of your Apple ID, then back in and then attempt to reinstall the app. See if that works.
Otherwise, hopefully there is some sort of update.
