hi, try this options

Using the right button menu in Origin

Repair Game

or

Check for Update

    If it's a startup crash as in game menu crash or loading to menu crash, it's most likely a Direct X or driver issue.  It doesn't hurt to try repairing the game but you've already tried that.

      Its a loading up crash

      So when you press play on origin

      You wait then it comes up with 

      Windows is checking what the problem is

      Then it tells me to close the app
