I am playing it on the Xbox One. This has happened 3 times now. Twice it happened on wave 8 and I don't remember what wave I was on for the other one. I am playing solo ops and I have killed all of the zombies except one that it show on the bar at the top of the screen. However the zombie is no where to be found. Does this happen to others? Is there a fix for it?
@ElAguila64 This issue is more common than you might believe; Many people are constantly reporting this bug, and even if it was addressed in a previous patch, it seems that something triggered this annoying glitch again. Keep in mind that a new patch is scheduled for early next month and it will involve a series of fixes and further ballance.
There is no "fix" for this particular situation apart from resetting Ops and keep a positive attitude.
