Garden Variety Pack will not download
Start the download, goes almost instantly form 1% to 98%..Stops at 99%, sits for a minute then goes back to 0% and starts all over. Does this in an infinite loop. Any ideas?

Also I think it's notable that everyone that is having this issue has only had it in the last two days (judging by the dates) I bought the game TODAY so it hasn't been in my console prior to today. It was a disc copy, it had me install an 18MB title update followed by this 213MB DLC, the DLC download loses steam at the 98% mark
- Well my son has owned the game since the day it came out and we are havering the same issues with dlc not downloading
