Garden warfare 1 and 2- best times to play in regards to player count?

I understand that garden warfare 1 is older and doesn’t have as many players but I can’t find a way to see time/days is the best to play? I live on aest and I’ve found awhile ago that if I played at around midnight to 3 in the morning I got more players. Is that midday ish in American time and is that the best time to play GW1? 
And I want to know if GW2 has the same time zones for better player count or if it’s better or worse time wise and if I have to potentially buy another GW game.
