Garden Warfare 1 is refusing to launch

whenever launching GW1 the EA App says "preparing game" and then sends me back to my library and I want to know how to fix it. I've tried searching around for information and have found nothing. so ...

    Hi @Rioma_1,

    I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to launch PVZ GW. If you're not getting any error messages and the game is stuck on preparing, there might be a program conflicting with the game or EA app, which is preventing it from functioning properly, or there might be some issue with the permissions. 

    I suggest that you try a Clean Boot to make sure there are no programs running in the background that could be causing this: How to clean or safe boot your computer

    If a clean boot doesn't fix the problem, please try running the game and the EA app as administrator. 

    Let us know how that goes,

yea same for me and i am not sure why this is happening, ive tried clean booting the game, running it in a different language, running it as administrator, running in origin, but still nothing is working.

    nope it just closes the app for a second and re opens after

      @Daden006 nevermind after a month is just decided to work now, didnt do anything since my message from over a week ago
