Your comment isn't at all clear. No proper Add-on video circuit board has ever offered "60 MB" of VRAM. Ever since Dx9 became standard, 64 MBs was the very least that a real, discrete GPU has had attached (since Dx10, 512 MBs and upward are standard). This game cannot run correctly on any IGPs, such as those from Intel:
