Garden Warfare won't let me play online, but I'm logged in.

I am logged in on ea.com with the same email on my PS4 with the same email on here. I have reset my password multiple times and even waited 90 minutes then reset it again yet it won't let me play. It says my account has been disabled. Me and my dad used to play this all the time and we are trying to play it again but due to this issue, we can't play.

    Hi, I believe you'll just need to reset the password on the EA account that you use to play. There are often mixups around which EA account is attached to which console account. 

    If you log into help.ea.com using the PS4 login portal that should put you on the right account, and you can reset the password from there.
