Running into this issue a lot lately. After a game, the cut scene will appear... and it will stay there. It doesn't put you back in the lobby. Last game, which was a win... all I got was a black scre...

Did you know if you still got the coins from the match despite the EoM screen not showing properly?
None of that crap matters. Who cares? If the game hangs up repeatedly or goes to black screen... does anything it's not supposed to do. It's a bug, and should be fixed. I should be able to access the sticker shop, see my scores, and see who got what boasts.
That stuff DOES matter as it helps people know what areas to look to fix.
Also how often is it occuring? How many games have you seen the issue occur in?

What are you? Level 1 help desk from India with scripted posts? I work in IT. I provided what was needed. You and most everyone else in here are no help whatsoever. If anyone from the development team wants something from me, then they can message me.
The questions that have been asked are exactly the questions that a dev would be asking, answering them now will just reduce turn around time. If an issue was to be submitted with the current amount of information given it would not get very far; details are important.
Frequency is a large part of if an issue is going to get fixed or not. Words like "Alot" and "a few" are all subjective and what would really help is some numbers.
From seeing it once now and waiting, I can confirm it does transition to the next round and you do get the coins that were earned. Though it still is an issue, all that is effected is seeing the leaderboard. Which still doesn't seem to happen very often.
