@SithHunter714 I know this was a problem a while back. I haven't experienced it recently as I switched my park to private ages ago after generally getting fed-up of being ambushed by drones, engineers, mechs or Brainz in particular.
Personally, I'd like a "peaceful" setting for Giddy Park. The public version gets annoying because of these sort of problems & private gets boring because it's too big & empty, so it ends up being unappreciated, wasted space.
Have you checked Bug Reports? I'm fairly sure it had been reported in which case bumping it up by adding to it would be useful or adding a report if not would be a good idea.
