Glitch in garden ops

I've recently been playing on PVZ garden ops on ps4 and come across a rage inducing glitch which forces you back to a certain point unable to get away for more than a second before being moved back, there is no way of shooting at the zombies as if you look at them the function stops working and all abilities instantly recharge but do nothing. You are still very vulnerable to enemy fire and it's happened multiple times including a few feet away from the landing zone causing me to lose an easy victory. If you could fix or advise me on the problem I'd be grateful.
