Gnome Finder Giddy Park
Did the gnome finder battle for three bulbs how often does it come up? I’ve only seen it once.

All I ever saw was a black and white meter with the words gnome finder by it.. Is that it? I did look around the park when I saw the meter was half full yesterday but didn't see anything unusal.
@BlixGoblin Yes, you need to travel around in different directions until the meter starts showing some yellowy-orange to show you've started going in the right direction.
Carry on moving around until the meter fills with red & you should find a small pile on the ground. You won't see anything until you find this pile, then the shooty gnome will suddenly appear.
I think there's a time limit on finding him.
Once you get the boss, you'll see the crossed swords indicating a battle, so don't give up if you die, get back down to that indicator & carry on.
