Gnome room spoiler and first major glitch found (mabye)

I have found a glitch that allows me to go on top of the sewers and gnome rooms. I been trying to find a way to break in but there are so many walls and the coins are just water (why are the coins water?). I have not found a room behind the door where the giant lock is. I have found that there are 2 areas in the sewers are inaccessible which are the one where theirs a burning couch and the one with purple water.
