GW2 Background music/sound too soft

GW2 Background music/sound is too soft. I'm playing on Xbox One using UHD LED TV. I don't have this issue on GW1. I have tried the different Sound Setting of [Low/High/Zombox] and it makes no differe...

The volume level is too low in GW2.

    Same issue on the PC, during my live stream I had to really crank the sound for it to be heard.
