No, only hackers use Bosses. Torchwood and Hover-Goat can be accessed with the help of Town Hall events
@Hamballi You can't play as bosses without hacking. For the Torchwood and Hover Goat 3000, you can get them from the add-on, or use the Town Hall to collect rainbow stars.
