If he's still there today then they still haven't banned him yet. He was cheating yesterday also and three of us that I know of reported him for cheating.
I can understand the frustration. However due to forum policy there is no name shaming here. As much as we may want to see these players gone. @pandareno1999, can you point him in the right direction?

Ugh. Not this again. I missed who it was but seeing @Gormey here means its PC. I want these people gone, they ruin the game and there's too many young children playing due to the cartoony style of the game. Cheating is always bad but cheating against someone's 8 year old daughter or son is complete garbage. I've been lucky as I haven't seen this much but its awful regardless.

- You can report the user within the game itself, just press tab and click the username and select view profile, then in the upper right corner select the down icon next to the button and select report user.
