Healing should be highly rewarded.

Hello and thanks to anyone reading this, my thoughts here are these: encourage scientists and sunflowers to heal by giving more XP. Sunflowers and scientists are not really encourage to heal because vanquishing gives them a ton more XP in less time. So with these changes they will feel more encourage and rewarded when actively healing their team. Gotta be careful though: healing (x1.00) gives 10XP per 10% healing done. In case of a Sunflower healing a Rose it will gain XP every time she heals 10HP. So, now there are 2 possible steps to take: increase XP per healing done from 10 to 15 or 20 or change how healing works and make that the XP given is by healing done (for example 50HP 50XP). Thanks for reading♥

  • In older games with healing classes they got even less rewards. GW1 and 2 I feel do a decent job giving healers XP but giving them more XP wouldn't be bad. It is an issue as I got heal master on a Rose once from using Arcane Lotus often!

Healers do receive small exp, but between their quick resurrection and heal assists (heal pot/station counts as well) you can rack it up rather instanteously. I will criticize that xp comes in bursts rather than also counting when you have healed targets beforehand. In most games, the issue with playing medic means you will be a priority target as they are the only health maintenance in lane holds/pushes; as a result, I would love to see additional xp go to the healer in key moments like an all nearby allies alive bonus.

It's like reviving players. Other than being revived by scientist/sunflower, what's the advantage of getting revive by any other character, but gaining XP. Respawn gives you full health and even some abilities back automatic.

Coin rewards in matches in GW2 is not the same for everyone on your team pro-rated from the time you entered.

Yeah! Exactly, makes not sense. You spend 5 or even more seconds reviving just to die, revive and die, revive and die and you teammates die instantly.

Playing All-Star and because no one is healing me, i summon lots of Healing Zombies.

In the end this All-Star got the Heal Master boast. Heal-Star. 😃

Also they simply buffed the wrong side of the sunflowers. Instead of giving them more health they should have reviewed the healing. I am still waiting for the rollback of that 10 HP buff and a proper Armor Heal Station buff. Not to forget the broken revive animation that can get you killed easily.

Heal Assists are pretty much broken by now with the strong sunflowers that can outsnipe a pirate. And if multiple sunflowers just stick together and heal eachother its a whole new level of problem (or a Sunflower tailing a Rose). So balancing that out is already hard. Both sides can be really effective at healing with a final score of over 2000 healed and end up as the top player. Its more about people focusing or having to focus too much on vanquishes.
