HELP!!! Having trouble creating and joining a party on 2nd XboxOne on PvZ.

Question

I currently have 2 Xbox Ones. Let's call them XboxOne😇 and XboxOne(b). Both have their own XboxLive accounts.
I am not having any trouble creating or joining a party on XboxOne😇, but I'm having trouble with XboxOne(b).
I have a Linksys smartwifi router. UPnP is Enabled. The following ports for Port Range Triggering are added: 53, 80, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, & 4500. DMZ is OFF and no Single Port Forwarding is added.
Both Xboxes have Open NAT (cone NAT).
When I try to Start a Party by going to Party, the loading circle just keeps spinning. When XboxOne😇 sends me an Invite to join their party and I select "Accept & Play", NOTHING happens.
I've had the XboxOne😇 before I got XboxOne🍺 so again, everything works fine on XboxOne😇.

Can anyone help me solve this XboxOne(b) issue? Are my router settings fine?

So you're not even able to simply be in the same Xbox Party with both consoles?

If so, seems like an Xbox issue, have you tried their support forums?&nbsp;http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/default.aspx
