HELP ME!!!! WANT A DECK FOR TACO LEAGUE S3?

OMG PEOPLE ARE GETTING TOUGHER DECKS AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE MAKE DECK WITH SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMER AND NOW PEOPLE ARE GETTING THEIR STRONGER DECKS WITHOUT USING POPCAP'S STRATEGY DECKS. WTF!
I got many event cards and didn't use them or wait for the strategy decks to be updated which is on S4 probably

A deck in Season 3 should contain 40 cards. Capslock should be deactivated. Master this technique and victory will follow

What does this mean? I can't understand this. I know deck needs only 40 cards and how can it be a victory deck?

I just want to reach Ultimate League with a good deck. That's all.
Even though i got helped, people always have beat me.

Not only that, my life is faking destroyed. I even skipped school, stayed up all night and stressed out. My nose is bleeding slowly because i supposed to not stressed and this game is really the worst way to make my life better. I think this game is slowly giving me depression and i felt life i want to shoot myself. Omg the rank is never been so toxic. This game is worse than addiction of any game.
