Help needed

Basifally whenever I try to access the game on my Xbox One the introduction sequence plays and then I get stuck on the title screen with no indication of the game loading.

I have tried everything I have seen, including multiple hard shutdowns of the console, unplugging console, deleting console stored data for the game, reinstalling the game.

There is no damage to the disc and no error messages come up when trying to play, it just stays stuck on the title screen; it’s not connection either because I can connect to any other games servers (including the original PVZGW which is on EA servers, just fine).

someone please help because this is getting mildly infuriating now, I just want to play!
