hero did not unlock

hi everybody i was doing the quest of winning matches to unlock a new hero, well after i won all the matches, the new hero did not unlock please advise of what I could do to fix this

Hello,I have the same bug/problem but I was not able to unlock 2 heroes,one from the quest the other one from a pack.Fells bad man.
