What do you mean by LAN cable and power cycle? What are your local ping times? Do you share your internet with others?
What are your results when tested?
I had a local ping of 265 last night. I did some ops and had no issues with lag.
Where do you live? my highest ping ever is 36.

SF Bay area. My actual ping at this moment is 15. The problem is server side, not on mine.
AU (ACT) I keep a constant 33.
