High Ping In PvZ GW2 PS4

So I have connected my PS4 to a LAN cable. I have tried to power cycle my router and I checked if anything was slowing down the internet. I have tried to reset the router still did not work. What can ...

SF Bay area.  My actual ping at this moment is 15.  The problem is server side, not on mine.

    AU (ACT)  I keep a constant 33.

      Today my ping on US west server was around 30.
