Hello, I'm having some trouble and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I'm trying to delete my save data for the Xbox 360 version of Plants Vs Zombies, as loaded onto an Xbox Series X console. Why, you might ask? Kids. My kids are weird and they like to restart games sometimes.

I have tried deleting the xbox cloud save data:

1. Within the game press the view plus menu buttons together
2. Go to manage storage menu
3. I tried two different things to delete: profile -> "profile and items", and the relevant save game from the save game menu
4. Relaunch the game
5. The game progress was not deleted.

The Microsoft support folks suggested that the save game was stored on EA servers, and I have no idea whether that's true, but I thought I might be able to get some help here anyway.

Note that I'm trying to delete the data from my child's account, he doesn't have an EA account so I'm posting instead. I don't particularly need my data deleted.
