Mobile PvZ was a paid game until 2013. I paid for it.
Now I am seeing unskippable ads, many with no close button.
How can I disable them? I would gladly pay another 2.99 to remove the ads.
I am having this same problem. I have the first PvZ on my apple iphone. I paid for this game to remove the ads a year ago. About a month ago, the ads have returned, and I cannot skip them.
I have tried restarting my phone, and also uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which made me lose all my progress. I am mostly just upset that I paid for the app and now I have unskippable ads. These ads have also caused the game to freeze on certain games. I cannot play vasebreaker endless anymore.
If we have paid for this game, we shouldn't be having ads. Please help.
I have found a solution,
You need to complete the second night level in the adventure. This unlocks the store where you can restore previous purchases.
After restoring the purchases the ads disappeared.

The only options are restore and close. How do i pay to remove ads? I loved the game and don’t mind paying, but I can’t figure out how.

Just so everyone can see what EA are saying about this issue. It's absolutely disgusting what EA are doing. They are taking everyone's money and not giving them what they were paying for.
For background I raised a ticket with them as I was still getting ads despite paying to remove the ads. They know it's an issue and they know that you will still see ads, but do nothing about it... and keep taking your money. They will never fix this issue... now trying to get a refund but I don't see much happening. This is disgusting behaviour from this company. They are knowingly stealing your money. It may only be $4 but it's the principal they they know it's a bug but will not fix it... but will continue to take peoples money.
Already play all the level and paid for remove the ads but the ads keep coming to the point so annoying
I am also having this problem. I paid to remove ads, but now I am forced to watch ads to play this game. I have tried to "Restore" the game, but it just blips really fast and then nothing happens. What is the use is paying for an app to remove ads, but the ads still play? Seems dodgy to me. Please fix this bug.
