How do I Restore my Account Data without a Facebook/EA Games Account?

I play PvZH on my iPad, but recently I lost that device. I am trying to log on with my iPhone to access my account.

So I installed PvH on my iPhone, and was given the option to 'restore data' from Facebook, EA Games, but unfortunately I did not connect my original account to either of those.

So I am not sure what to do.

Here's what I do have:

- My AppleID to log on to the App Store, which I used on my old device.

- My username (The name you create when you play multiplayer)... I'm pretty sure it's a unique ID.

Here's what I don't have

- My old device

- My player ID (never wrote it down)

- Any facebook or EA games account attached to my game account.

If you lost your old device, how do you log back into your PvZH account?

Where exactly is the data stored and how do I access it?

Support, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that if I give you my user name and from there you can look up my player ID. From there you can see where my account is and instruct me on how to access it.
