    @bringerofdarknes

    Both the Torchwood character and the Hover Goat 3000 character are "imprisoned" by the Gnomes in the Gnomiverse.

    You can unlock both of them, however doing so is time consuming and requires you to be able to pass tests of your skill as a Player of GW2.

    Your first step needs to be to enter Town Hall while it is open and turn to the right; next to the Seagull you'll find a key that you can purchase for Stars. That key will open the giant Padlocked door down in the deep sewers across from the Chamber of Gnomes.

    Once you've opened that door you'll need to spend some time and effort because it will be a minimum of 5 weeks until you can get access to the Torchwood and Hover Goat 3000 characters.

    What you will need to do is participate in every Mystery Portal event and earn at least 50 Rainbow Stars to open the Red Mystery Portal chest which is found in Town Hall. That Chest can randomly award you a key to one of the Trials of Gnomus. When you are awarded a Key you need to take it through the door that you unlocked into the Gnomiverse and unlock the Trial Door of the matching color and then enter that door and attempt to complete the Trial beyond. Some of them will be easier than others but you will need to complete all four eventually if you really want the Torchwood.

    As you complete each Trial you'll be given a combination code which you enter in the Puzzle Room in the Gnomiverse which will summon a Trial Guardian who you will need to defeat. Once you defeat the Guardian you'll get a prize and be shown a partial version of the code which you entered to summon that Guardian which has two symbols missing. Make certain that you save both your original code and the partial version that they show you because they are vital later.

    Once you've defeated all four Guardians you need to assemble a fifth code by putting together the missing pieces of the four other codes and use that one to summon the Rainbow Guardian and defeat him- once you do that you'll get access to the Chests where the Torchwood and Hover Goat 3000 are locked away and from there it's just a matter of earning enough Rainbow Stars to unlock all the locks on those Chests.

    This is a really rudimentary explanation since I'm short on time right now but I can provide additional detail if it's needed so just ask.
