Also I can't even play the game! I feel like refunding it, but it seems like an awesome game!

Make sure you run it on your dedicated graphics card, and not the integrated weak intel one.

This game has very specific system requirements, and while you elected NOT to actually provide more than one single screen from the DxDiag report, it does reveal you have a very slow CPU, well below the minimum.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3227U CPU @ 1.90GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.9GHz
Plants vs. Zombies: GW2
MINIMUM
OS: Windows 7 64-bit/ Windows 8.1 64-bit/ Windows 10 64-bit
CPU: 3.20 GHz Intel i5 650/ 2.5 GHz AMD Phenom X4 9850
RAM: At least 4GB for Windows 7/ Windows 8.1/ Windows 10
Hard Drive: 20 GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640/ AMD Radeon HD 5750
DirectX: 11
Input: Keyboard and Mouse, Analogue Controller
Online Connection Requirements: 192 KBPS or faster internet connection- Anonymous10 years ago
The reason for the problems has been suggested.

Okay thanks mate!
I found out that I don't have the right intel.
It says that I need to have i5 but I only have i3.
I've refunded the game so I get my money back and I have $80 on hand and I have no idead what to do now.
🥳 YAY!, Although I do wonder if this is a good or bad thing... ☹️ or 🙂 ?

If it were me, and I did not now have any actual game-capable PC of any kind, I would use it to save toward a purpose-built STATIONARY PC, nothing mobile. It can be less expensive, since it has no expensive batteries or extremely micro-sized parts, but can be a great deal smaller than the iconic great huge towers that gamers once desired. It will last longer, because it allows useful upgrades.
It will be kinder to the environment because it can actually be properly recycled to extract valuable metals and minerals for reuse. If you have no problems with space in your computer area, a used desktop / tower from a thrift store can be a very economical starting point, with a new CPU / GPU / PSU right away, and a new motherboard in a year or so.
Otherwise, here's a space-saving smaller tower that affords a lot of quality for a very low cost:
