Depending how devoted and how much you want the cards and if you have toe 10x Heroes, you can technically use 20 gems to refill the vial to get 150 tickets per win. Since most of us play the daily quests, you can get 60-80 per day so you can most certainly get at least 1, 2 or 3 of these event cards.
