how to do epic quest hero we deserve? in PVZ GW2

hey guys i am stuck at this quest the hero we deserve. it meantions save an ally 30 times. save your friends from untimely demise. please help

    All you have to do vanquish an enemy that is attacking your teammate thus, saving them. You can do this very quickly by just playing with AI teammates on a small objective based maps.

    It doesn’t work as I’ve been trying to do it I save my Allie’s and the numbers don’t go up,what do i do?
