How to report a hacker

Trying to find out how to report a hacker. They are around level 15 and using a normal soldier and making one hit KO's, possible infinite ammo, etc. When I clicked their profile and then clicked "report user" it did not give me the option of stating in detail what they were doing. I chose "cheating" and then it asked if it pertained to avatar or game name etc but never listed a hacking issue. Very annoying having someone exploit the game this way. Thanks. The ID is <Removed - No Naming & Shaming allowed> of the person hacking. They were one shot killing everything in Vanquish Confirmed and took me down over 11 times and the same with my friend.
