Unfortunately, he was a limited-time character like beta carrotina during the release of the Galactic Gardens packs. He is no longer available to be collected because the packs don't contain him nor beta strangely enough. I really wish EA would update this game again because it's so fun and has a lot of potential but sadly, it seems they abandoned it. Sorry to disappoint you man
Huge-Giganticus may make a return in a limited time pack at some point, although I have not seen him for a number of years. This is how I got Beta-Carrotina, I saw her in a unique limited time pack over a year ago, and that is how I obtained her. I do suggest keeping a lookout for him and having some gems saved, but I would not get too excited.
