    Jokes aside, this is a bug that allows it to float, I've seen it happening a lot at Giddy Park.

@TheSprinter85 I know how to do it but I'll keep it a secret so it's not abused also it's a glitch not lag.

@Cameroid07 My game was not lagging so it didn’t seem like lag. I did not know how else to explain it.
