i bought garden warfare on xbox one digitally is there anyway to play it on pc

so i bought the digital deluxe edition of garden warfare with the special edition imp is there any way to play the game on pc

    This is the wrong forum, but I can answer.  Yes, you have to buy the game in each specific platform you want to play it on
