I bought 'No Ads', it doesn't take place in the game but it's already charged in

I have purchased the AD FREE of the Plants VS Zombies TM...

 The purchase has been made, but the game does not update to the ad-free version, nor can it be linked to an ElectronicArts account...

 Apparently the game is without a progress save cloud / linking with any application or email for accurate reports and accurate purchases..

I demand a refund. My Google email in which I make the purchase is this
