I bought the game but it's not working?

    Your graphics driver is old, AND you aren't requiring your laptop to actually USE the dedicated video graphics card. 

          Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz (4 CPUs), ~2.4GHz

    oh.. ok. I'm terrible with computers, i didnt even know graphic driver was a thing LOL

    Is there a way to upgrade it or something? or otherwise its time to buy another pc

    That's a solution, tho! Thanks! Much better than the EA Games staff. i apreciate it thanks!

      AMD has a website on which the update can be almost totally automatic, if that's what you want.  I recommend choosing the "clean install" version of the two, in spite of it taking a little longer.

        I just finished the Install. My game is still not working tho. but as you said this is Intel related, right? so  there's nothing i can do about it i guess?
