I can't click continue when the ea screen pops up, although my Email is correct

I started Pvz GW 2 on my 2nd Account, but when the ea screen appear, I can't click continue when I have to type in my email, although it is correct

    @rQToXic Are you able to scroll down at all to select continue? Is this just when entering in an email?

@conjom24 Sorry mate didn't see the message until now. Its a stupid thing really. I was stuck on it for weeks until I sussed it out

    Still doesnt work after i put my pass te cirle comes and i cant click next
