I can't enter any section of the Plants and Zombies GW2 game on PS5 despite my EA Play and Plus membership. For example, I can't enter the garage. Nothing opens. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still didn't work.I can't play multiplayer because it won't open.
Community ManagerHey Soliterius , can you try restoring licenses on your PS5? Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Restore. Let us know if that fixes the issue!
Hi, unfortunately this method did not work.
After changing the DNS settings and entering the Google DNS addresses, it was fixed. However, after a while, it still wouldn't connect. When I tried a day or two later, it still did. I couldn't figure it out. However, there's no problem with Battlefield 2042. Similarly, I can't connect to EA servers in FIFA 25.
