I can't preload PvzGw!

I have tried restarting my computer, and logging in and out of orgin + i have refresh the games what am i doing wrong!??!!?

    Yeah, preordering here works strange. When I preorder on Steam I'm billed instantly and I'm sure the game is mine. Here, even if you preorder months before release you won't be charged instantly, but a couple of days before release. It's stupid, if you ask me.

Could try restarting Origin, I'm not sure what the most up-to-date version is though.

      well even unistalling and reinstalling did not work i am gonna have to call up EA when my dad gets home
