I cant purchase Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 Coin Packs

When i try and purchase Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 coin packs this pops up. I attached a screenshot below if that helps at all any fixes that anyone knows about?

    Hi @ReesIsDaBeast 

    To check are you trying to purchase through the Origin site or the desktop client? 

    Also, can you check the following to see if something could be interfering?

    • Disable any running VPN
    • Make sure your time and date on your device match your location
    • Make sure the payment is showing in your correct region (you may need to update your account info if not) 
    • Try to Clear Origin Cache

    I’ve tried all of that but my coins are still not going into my account I’ve spent 150 or more dollars on coins and I haven’t gotten them yet please help me in anyway by sending me the coins or why they didn’t get transferred to my game thank you you can email me on [edit: email address removed]

    There is another thread about this issue.  

    This has been going on for at least 3 years and EA will not/has not addressed it.  DO NOT waste another dime on this game.  It was my favorite at one time, but I lost many, many dollars on coin packs and had to bend over backwards to get my money back from EA.
