I can't verify EA account to play GW2 and BFN

I have been trying to play my two games that I actually like from EA and I actually can't get on the games, because it's asking me to verify my email address and EA account in order to play the game. I have tried sending the verification code to different emails I have but it keeps saying they are duplicate emails, or I've never received a verification code for the email. Is there a way to make this an easy fix?
