I didnt get my third free starting plant hero

Question

I really need help.
I Was playing pvz heroes normally. Then i saw that i was gonna get my third free starting plant hero.When i pressed continue the game crashed. So i reloaded my pvz heroes and checked what was going on.When i got to the starting screen the game said something like "you have unlocked all free staring plant heroes." Even though i do not have all 3 of them! i was watching videos that i could get chompzilla if i chose spudow,so i chose him. Now i cant choose chompzilla because of this glitch!Help!
