I encountered hacker lvl 46 ban in PVZGW2 yesterday. Can anyone help me?

Yesterday in a multiplayer game, a hacker changed all of my characters to level 46. Since then, I have been unable to enter the multiplayer game. How can I solve this problem and restore my character level to normal?
