I got falsely banned from pvz gw2

So i buy the game yesterday i had the game on my ps4 so i got it on my pc on the origin launcher i was playing the game so im very good at shoting games so my aim is very good and i have a low rank i even didnt get kicked during matches or anything i had a great start in the game then i stopped for the night because i had school tomorow. I was sitting all day in school waiting to get home and play this game i get home at 18.00 tired and ready to play i open the game and it says my account has been permanently banned for harassment? i havent even played online yet now im waiting for the response from ea support but probably they will say '' you were obviously harassing people and hacking'' .
